PS-21RPEL is the latest machine that inspect particles on PET Production and detect the leak by pinhole and deformation as a high speed. To inspect bottles at infeed and discharge section. This machine is stable as 5 wheel system and It is very efficient to inspect whole PET on the limited space.

Also, We solve the PC down problem by applying PS-21VS which is cameras operated separately. Of system problem occurred, remote control can be provided.

PS-21RP Series is a machine that ejects the all Non-crystallized or Crystallized bad PET bottles by inspecting the entire surface of it, including Neck of preform, and this is possible with our specialized design structures like 3 wheels rotary type mechanical structure and Mirror tracking system.

PS-21RPLV Series is an 2 in 1 inspection machine in order to inspect the bottle Leakage or foreign object on the non-crystallized or crystallized Empty PET bottle with 3 wheels type special structure only P&S designed.

The independent pressure sensor is installed for each station, and this model conducting the leak test by blowing the certain level of air pressure into the PET bottle, then the sensor check the air pressure for certain time in the rotation zone. After this process, the PET bottle which has under the normal air pressure level will be ejected automatically. In addition, through the installed cameras in the infeed / discharging / main carousel portions, this PET Leak Inspection
machine can conduct inspection to find out contamination at the same time.

PS-21TB Series is an inspection machine in order to inspect the bottle neck finish and bottom on the non-crystallized or crystallized Empty PET bottle with wheels type mechanical structure.

According to the bottle shape or speed customer uses, the user can choose 2 subdivided models named series 1 and 2. In case of series 1, it has cameras inspecting neck finish and bottom of PET bottle with 1 wheel type machine structure. On the other hand, series 2 is applied 2 wheels type structure, because, the one small wheel installed on discharging part can help the stable conveying running with the high speed product line or the bottle which is not flat like CSD PET bottle. Additionally, it is recommend to use optional vacuum conveyor on inspection part in the series 2 machine to increase the stability of conveying.

PS-21INT is insert type inspection machine which can be installed with Camera and Illumination in PET Blowing Machine to inspect the Non-crystallized or Crystallized PET Bottle.

PS-21INT is suitable model when the factory site can not install stand alone inspection machine due to the limitation of space or customer want to minimize the purchase cost. In general, this model is installed on the discharge transfer wheel in the rotary type PET Blower. For the ejection function is working by sending eject signal to the ejector that Blower owned. Although, INT model is cheapest one and does not need the large space in the our PET bottle inspection machines, the installation can be limited by the blower size or structure. Thus, enough blower information is required previously.
